LPC-A · CADC II · MS · BS · QPR Certified
Jackie is a pre-licensed mental health therapist and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II (CADC II) whose work centers on mental health, substance use disorders, trauma, and behavioral health. Her clinical approach is grounded in the belief that every individual possesses the capacity for growth, healing, resilience, and meaningful change.
She holds a Master of Science in Human Behavior Studies from Capella University (with a minor in Contemporary Theory in Addictive Behavior) and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Colorado Technical University. Before entering behavioral health, she spent years as an entrepreneur running two California businesses — experience that shapes her practical, grounded approach to helping people navigate change.
Jackie began her clinical career in an outpatient Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program in Salem, Oregon, and has since pursued specialized training in trauma-informed care, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), personality disorders, and gambling and substance use disorders. She currently serves as Chairperson of MHAC and remains active in community advocacy for accessible behavioral health care.
